BKI Paraíso Coffee
A unique partnership
with local coffee farmers
When partnership creates better coffee
BKI has deep roots in Brazil, where since 2018 we
have worked closely with Ofi and more than 120
coffee farmers in São Sebastião do Paraíso.
Our goal is simple: to give something back to the
region, support development, and ensure that
farmers can grow even better coffee with a lower
environmental impact. This is the coffee we buy at
market price and roast as BKI Paraíso Coffee.
Our partnership is built on trust and close, ongoing
engagement, creating real and long-term improvements – socially, environmentally and economically.
Yields from the Paraíso project have increased
by 11% in 2024 compared with when we began
working with the farmers in 2018. That is 3–4%
higher than the average development in Brazil.
